Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ annual corporate events including conferences, product launches, and executive retreats
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8-10 vendors, designers, and coordinators
- Develop and execute event budgets with strict financial controls
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues, suppliers, and talent
- Implement cutting-edge event technology (RFID, AR experiences, hybrid platforms)
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting for Fortune 500 clients
- Maintain crisis management protocols for live events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with £500k+ budget experience
- Proven track record managing hybrid events (500+ attendees)
- Expertise in Cvent, Bizzabo, or similar event tech platforms
- Prince2 or PMP certification preferred
- Strong network of premium UK/EU venue partnerships
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive-level experience
- Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ award-winning event productions
