Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of corporate and luxury events (50-500 attendees)
- Lead cross-functional teams across creative, logistics, and vendor management
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand objectives and ROI targets
- Manage multi-million-pound budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues, suppliers, and talent agencies
- Implement cutting-edge technology solutions for hybrid and virtual experiences
- Analyze post-event KPIs and deliver comprehensive impact reports
- Maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with corporate/luxury brand focus
- Proven success executing complex international events (£500k+ budgets)
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution abilities
- Strong vendor network across London/Europe's premium venues
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Relevant degree or certification in Events/Hospitality Management
- Fluency in English with additional European languages advantageous
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ high-impact brand activations
