- Develop comprehensive event budgets, negotiate contracts, and maintain financial oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, and marketing stakeholders
- Implement sustainable event practices and innovative technology integration
- Manage crisis protocols and ensure compliance with venue regulations
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and optimize future strategies
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with top-tier venues and suppliers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in luxury event management with corporate or agency experience
- Proven success executing large-scale events ($500K+ budgets)
- Expertise in vendor negotiation, budget forecasting, and risk mitigation
- Certification in CMP or similar industry credential preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
