Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end corporate events (conferences, product launches, galas) for 50-500+ attendees
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and AV providers
- Oversee event budgets exceeding $500K with rigorous financial tracking and forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and technical specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and ROI targets
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for all event scenarios
- Post-event analysis including ROI reporting, client feedback synthesis, and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate event planning with luxury/brand focus
- Proven track record managing budgets $500K+ and teams of 5+ professionals
- Certification in CMP or CSEP preferred
- Expertise in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, etc.) and digital engagement tools
- Exceptional vendor negotiation and crisis management abilities
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ large-scale corporate events with measurable outcomes
- Ability to travel domestically 15% of time
