Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of complex B2B events (50-500 attendees) from conception to post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and technical specialists
- Develop and execute multi-channel event marketing campaigns with 30%+ ROI targets
- Manage £500k+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight and cost optimization
- Forge strategic partnerships with luxury venues, caterers, and production houses
- Implement digital engagement solutions (hybrid events, AR activations, live streaming)
- Conduct post-event analytics and present ROI reports to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record producing £250k+ events in London/Europe
- Strong PMP or CEM certification preferred
- Expertise in budget forecasting and vendor contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional crisis management skills with 3+ contingency plans per event
- Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
