Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ premium annual events ($500K+ budgets)
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, AV techs, and creative partners
- Develop detailed event timelines, risk mitigation plans, and contingency protocols
- Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction
- Oversee budget allocation, vendor contracts, and on-site logistics
- Analyze post-event performance metrics and ROI reports
- Mentor junior staff and drive innovation in event technology
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with $500K+ budget experience
- Proven expertise in tech/luxury verticals with 50+ events produced
- Strong negotiation skills with vendor management and contract oversight
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite Pro)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
