Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ annual events including conferences, trade shows, and VIP experiences
- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ coordinators and creative specialists
- Develop innovative event tech solutions including AR/VR activations
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium venues and industry influencers
- Analyze post-event ROI and generate actionable insights for client retention
- Ensure ADA compliance and safety protocols for all gatherings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate events with $1M+ budgets
- Proven expertise in hybrid and virtual event production technologies
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional crisis management and contingency planning skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ successful large-scale events
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel 40% domestically and internationally
