As the industry leader in luxury event production, we're seeking a dynamic Senior Events Manager to orchestrate high-profile corporate galas, product launches, and international conferences for Fortune 500 clients. You'll lead end-to-end execution from concept to curtain call, managing multi-million dollar budgets while delivering flawless, brand-aligned experiences that generate measurable ROI. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with hands-on production oversight in one of the world's most vibrant event markets.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute 15-20 premium events annually with budgets ranging from $250K-$2M
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, creative partners, and internal stakeholders
- Manage event technology stack including registration platforms, CRM integration, and live streaming
- Oversee crisis management protocols and contingency planning for all high-stakes events
- Analyze post-event metrics to optimize ROI and client satisfaction scores
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and strategic partners across North America
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols (AVB, ADA, etc.)
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate event management with $500K+ budget oversight
- Proven track record producing 50+ events for C-suite executives and global brands
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor management, and production logistics in NYC metro area
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative design concepts and flawless execution
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin a plus for international clientele
