Responsibilities
- Design and execute full-scale event strategies from concept to completion for 15+ annual corporate conferences, product launches, and galas
- Manage $1M+ event budgets with meticulous vendor negotiations, contract oversight, and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, and digital marketing to deliver integrated 360° experiences
- Develop crisis management protocols ensuring flawless execution across hybrid and in-person formats
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and generate data-driven reports for client retention and business growth
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium venues, AV providers, and industry influencers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing with 7+ years of senior-level event production experience
- Proven track record executing 50+ high-stakes events (minimum 500 attendees) in NYC metro area
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Exceptional vendor management skills with established relationships in NYC event ecosystem
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated budget management for six-figure+ events
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex multi-day events with measurable business impact
