Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of corporate events (50-500 attendees), from conception and vendor negotiations to post-event analysis
- Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans with 100% on-target delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and hospitality partners
- Implement cutting-edge event technology (RFID, AR experiences, live analytics platforms)
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium NYC venues and suppliers
- Analyze ROI metrics and produce comprehensive post-event reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing with 5+ years corporate event experience
- Proven track record managing complex events in NYC with $250K+ budgets
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and crisis protocols
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite Pro)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with C-suite client experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful large-scale corporate events
