Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15-20 premium events annually including galas, product launches, and corporate retreats
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with precise vendor negotiations, contract oversight, and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, technicians, and hospitality specialists
- Develop immersive event experiences leveraging AR/VR technology and sustainable practices
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and exclusive vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Event Management with 5+ years of high-end event experience
- Proven expertise managing complex budgets exceeding $250K
- Certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Exceptional crisis management skills with 3+ years of contingency planning experience
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ successful luxury or corporate events
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred for multicultural client interactions
