Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end corporate and luxury events (galas, product launches, conferences)
- Manage budgets up to $2M, negotiating with vendors and optimizing ROI
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, caterers, and technical staff
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Oversee risk management, contingency planning, and on-site crisis resolution
- Analyze post-event metrics and deliver comprehensive performance reports
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record of producing high-profile events ($500K+ budget)
- Certification in Event Management (CEM, CMP) preferred
- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative event solutions
