We're seeking a visionary Senior Events Manager to orchestrate high-impact corporate and luxury brand experiences across Europe. This role combines strategic planning with flawless execution, requiring a blend of creative flair and operational excellence. You'll lead end-to-end event lifecycles while mentoring junior staff and nurturing client relationships in our fast-paced, award-winning environment.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ high-profile events annually, including product launches, galas, and international conferences
- Manage £500k+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and marketing specialists
- Develop innovative event tech solutions (AR/VR, live streaming) for hybrid experiences
- Conduct post-event analytics and ROI reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues, caterers, and creative agencies
- Mentor 3-4 junior event coordinators through structured development programs
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate/luxury events management with £200k+ budget exposure
- Proven expertise in hybrid event production and crisis management protocols
- Strong vendor management skills with established industry relationships in London/Europe
- Proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Relevant degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Event Management
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Experience producing international events across 3+ countries
- Certification in Event Management (CEM or CMP preferred)
