Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of events, from initial concept and budgeting to post-event analysis and reporting.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Execute detailed logistical planning, including venue selection, catering coordination, and technical requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to budgets, negotiating with suppliers to maximize value without compromising quality.
- Lead a team of junior planners and coordinators, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Ensure all health, safety, and compliance regulations are met at every event venue.
- Identify emerging trends and innovative technologies to enhance the attendee experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in event management, preferably within the corporate or luxury sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile or large-scale events (100+ attendees).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company at a high level.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits.
- Relevant degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Event Management is preferred.
