Responsibilities
- End-to-end execution of 15+ annual corporate events (200-5000 attendees)
- Strategic vendor management and negotiation with global suppliers
- Budget forecasting and financial oversight for £1M+ event portfolios
- Crisis management and on-site logistics coordination
- Client relationship development and retention strategy
- Post-event analytics and ROI reporting frameworks
- Mentorship of junior event coordinators
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with 3+ in leadership
- Proven experience scaling events across 3+ countries
- Prince2/Agile certification or equivalent project management
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Eventbrite, and CRM systems
- Strong P&L management and cost optimization skills
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and negotiation abilities
- Relevant degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business
