Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 10+ high-profile events annually, including conception, budgeting, vendor management, and post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute flawless logistics across hybrid, virtual, and in-person environments
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand objectives and KPIs, ensuring 95%+ attendee satisfaction
- Manage multi-million-pound budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiation
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium venues, suppliers, and technology providers
- Analyze event performance data to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor junior staff and champion industry best practices in event technology and sustainability
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in senior events management with global brand exposure
- Proven track record of executing complex events with 500+ attendees and £500K+ budgets
- Expertise in hybrid event technologies (e.g., Hopin, Bizzabo) and digital engagement strategies
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable success in budget optimization and revenue generation
- Certification in Event Management (e.g., CMP, CMM) or equivalent industry accreditation
- Exceptional crisis management skills with ability to adapt to last-minute changes
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one additional language preferred
