Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end event management for corporate clients, including conferences, product launches, and galas
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and production teams
- Develop detailed event budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout project lifecycles
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, marketers, and coordinators to achieve event objectives
- Implement innovative event technologies and digital engagement strategies
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate event planning with $500K+ budgets
- Proven expertise managing complex logistics for 500+ attendee events
- Certification in event management (CMP, CSEP) or equivalent professional designation
- Strong proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite) and CRM systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale event execution
