Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of 15+ high-profile corporate events annually, including conferences, product launches, and incentive trips
- Manage £1M+ event budgets, ensuring cost optimization and ROI tracking for all programs
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with premium venues, suppliers, and production teams
- Direct cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and coordinators for seamless delivery
- Implement cutting-edge event technology solutions including hybrid platforms and immersive activations
- Conduct post-event analysis and create data-driven improvement strategies
- Maintain comprehensive risk management protocols and crisis response plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record executing complex international events for B2B clients
- Expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor procurement
- Strong proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Relevant degree or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Fluency in English with additional European language advantageous
