Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management: conceptualization, budgeting, vendor coordination, and execution
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event production and stakeholder alignment
- Develop innovative event strategies that align with client brand objectives and ROI targets
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers to optimize cost and quality
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and crisis management procedures
- Analyze post-event performance metrics and compile executive reports
- Maintain relationships with high-profile clients and industry partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in corporate/luxury events management with 3+ leadership roles
- Proven track record executing events for 500+ attendees with $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor management, and production logistics
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and financial acumen
- Ability to travel domestically and work flexible hours including nights/weekends
