Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ high-value events annually ($500K+ budgets)
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Oversee logistics, risk mitigation, and crisis management protocols
- Analyze post-event metrics and ROI for continuous improvement
- Maintain strategic vendor partnerships and negotiate contracts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with luxury brand experience
- Proven track record executing events for 500+ attendees
- Expertise in budget management and financial forecasting
- Strong knowledge of AV production, venue sourcing, and tech integrations
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
