- End-to-end ownership of 15+ high-stakes annual events ($500K+ budgets) from ideation to post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ vendors, designers, and technical specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client marketing objectives and ROI targets
- Negotiate and manage multi-tier vendor contracts worth $2M+ annually
- Implement real-time crisis management protocols for live events
- Leverage data analytics to optimize event performance and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate events management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success executing complex events across 3+ continents
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Expertise in budget management for events $250K+
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, etc.)
- Exceptional client relationship management with Fortune 500 executives
