Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 10+ complex annual events (£500k+ budget)
- Lead cross-functional teams across creative, production, and vendor management
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Manage stakeholder relationships with C-suite executives
- Oversee venue sourcing, logistics, and risk mitigation
- Drive post-event ROI analysis and continuous improvement
- Mentor junior event specialists through growth programs
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with global brand experience
- Proven success in managing budgets exceeding £500,000
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant degree or industry certification (CMP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ flagship event productions
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
