Responsibilities
- Design and execute 15-20 premium corporate events annually across Europe, including conferences, product launches, and client galas
- Manage £500k+ event budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors and venues while optimizing cost-efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative, marketing, and operations
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging AR/VR technology and sustainable practices
- Implement post-event analytics to measure KPIs and generate ROI reports for C-suite clients
- Mentor junior staff through structured training programs and performance reviews
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure compliance with international event safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate/luxury events management with international exposure
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding £500k and events for 500+ attendees
- Certification in Event Management (e.g., CMP, CMM) or digital event technology
- Expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional vendor negotiation skills and exclusive venue partnerships across Europe
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one additional European language
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ award-winning events with measurable business impact
