- Manage cross-functional teams (vendors, designers, stakeholders)
- Develop post-event ROI analysis and improvement strategies
- Oversee venue contracts, logistics, and crisis management
- Drive client relationship growth through exceptional service
- Mentor junior staff and implement best practices
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management
- Proven success scaling events to 500+ attendees
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred
- Expertise in budget management and vendor negotiations
- Strong CRM and project management software proficiency
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Hospitality
