Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ premium corporate events annually (budgets $250k-$1M)
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand objectives and client KPIs
- Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and logistics for venues, catering, and AV production
- Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations) to deliver seamless execution
- Implement digital engagement strategies including hybrid/virtual event components
- Manage crisis protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ years leading corporate/luxury events
- Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $500K and teams of 10+
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent designation preferred
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor management, and production logistics
- Strong proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri) and CRM systems
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful large-scale corporate events
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business
