Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of premium corporate events from conception to execution, including conferences, product launches, and incentive trips
- Develop and manage event budgets exceeding £500K, ensuring ROI optimization and cost control
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Create innovative event concepts incorporating cutting-edge technology and sustainability practices
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with top-tier venues, caterers, and production houses
- Conduct post-event analysis and deliver comprehensive ROI reports to C-suite clients
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record of managing global events for enterprise-level clients
- Expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and crisis resolution
- Proficiency in Cvent, Eventbrite, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Event Management
- Fluency in English with additional European language considered advantageous
