Responsibilities
- Design and execute premium corporate conferences, product launches, and brand activations (£500k+ budgets)
- Manage cross-functional teams including vendors, AV specialists, and creative agencies
- Develop detailed event timelines, risk mitigation plans, and contingency strategies
- Negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers while maintaining strict budget controls
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and optimize future event experiences
- Maintain relationships with C-level clients to ensure strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with £300k+ budget experience
- Proven track record executing international events across 3+ countries
- Proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and MS Project for event lifecycle management
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility and vendor negotiation expertise
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
- Fluency in English; additional European languages highly valued
