- End-to-end management of 15+ annual events with budgets exceeding $500K
- Negotiate contracts with premium vendors, venues, and suppliers across NYC metro area
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, technicians, and coordinators
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and crisis management protocols
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and client satisfaction data
- Maintain relationships with high-value corporate clientele
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive event management experience
- Proven track record executing luxury events in NYC market
- Expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines
