Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute 15+ premium corporate and cultural events annually
- Manage event budgets up to $500K with meticulous financial oversight
- Leverage vendor relationships to negotiate contracts and secure exclusive venues
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and marketing specialists
- Implement digital engagement strategies for virtual/hybrid event experiences
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and data-driven optimization reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in high-volume events management
- Proven expertise in budget management and contract negotiation
- Certification in event management (CMP, CSEP, or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ large-scale successful event productions
