Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ premium events annually, from conception to execution
- Lead client relationship management, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budget constraints
- Coordinate vendor partnerships and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and AV specialists
- Manage event teams of 10+ staff and freelancers during peak seasons
- Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, risk assessments, and contingency plans
- Analyze post-event performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Oversee digital integration for hybrid events and virtual attendee experiences
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate/luxury events management
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding £500,000
- Strong vendor network with established relationships in London's event industry
- Certified in Event Management (CSEP or CMP preferred)
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Aventri)
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel 25% of the time
