Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from conception to post-event analysis
- Vendor negotiation and procurement for venues, catering, AV, and logistics
- Budget oversight ($500K+ events) with financial reporting and cost optimization
- Stakeholder management across clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for complex productions
- Team leadership of 3-5 event coordinators and freelancers
- Post-event analytics and ROI reporting for client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate events management with $250K+ event budgets
- Proven experience producing 15+ large-scale events annually
- Certification in CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) preferred
- Expertise in venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution skills
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event concepts and flawless execution
