Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end corporate events (50-500 attendees) with flawless vendor coordination
- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial tracking and ROI analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, and client services
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Oversee risk management, compliance, and contingency planning for all events
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with top-tier venues and suppliers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with B2B luxury/tech experience
- Proven budget management for $500K+ events with P&L oversight
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event platforms (Hopin, Bizzabo)
- CMP or CSEP certification preferred
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ large-scale corporate events
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Aventri)
