Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from concept ideation to post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage multi-million dollar event budgets with financial accountability
- Design innovative event experiences leveraging cutting-edge technology and trends
- Oversee risk mitigation, compliance, and crisis management protocols
- Analyze KPIs to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement
- Nurture strategic vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate event production
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $500,000
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in hybrid event technology (e.g., virtual platforms, AV integration)
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
