Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle event planning and execution for 12-15 premium annual events
- Manage £1M+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client marketing objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, logistics, digital) for seamless delivery
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Leverage data analytics to measure event ROI and optimize future activations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with corporate/conference specialization
- Proven track record executing 50+ events (500+ attendees)
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite)
- Strong vendor network in London's events ecosystem
- Prince2/Agile certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and crisis resolution skills
