Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management: ideation, vendor sourcing, budgeting, logistics, and post-event analysis
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues, AV providers, and creative agencies
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, tech, marketing) to deliver flawless 200+ attendee experiences
- Implement data-driven attendee engagement strategies using CRM and analytics tools
- Manage crisis protocols and ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
- Drive revenue growth through client retention and new business development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years producing corporate/luxury events with $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in hybrid event tech (Zoom Events, Cvent, Hopin)
- Proven track record managing teams of 5+ professionals
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation
- Exceptional negotiation skills and vendor management portfolio
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex event successes
