Responsibilities
- Design and execute 15-20 premium annual events including conferences, product launches, and galas with budgets exceeding $500K
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
- Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with client KPIs and brand objectives
- Manage event budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and cost optimization
- Oversee venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Implement innovative technology solutions for attendee engagement and event analytics
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive event management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record managing large-scale corporate events ($300K+ budgets)
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor management, and production logistics
- Proficiency in event technology platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and expense control
- Industry certifications (CMP, CSEP) highly desirable
