- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ high-profile events annually (500-5,000 attendees)
- Manage $1M+ event budgets with meticulous vendor negotiations and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, logistics, and marketing stakeholders
- Develop innovative event tech integration (AR/VR, live streaming, interactive installations)
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and data-driven performance reporting
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium NYC venues and vendors
- Oversee crisis management protocols ensuring flawless attendee experiences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with $500K+ budget experience
- Proven success executing complex NYC-based events (tech, luxury, or finance sectors)
- Expertise in Cvent, Eventbrite, and venue management platforms
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Advanced project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Strong data analytics background with experience in event ROI measurement
- Exceptional negotiation skills and vendor relationship management expertise
