Responsibilities
- Design and execute 15+ premium events annually, managing budgets up to £500K
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and marketing partners
- Develop detailed event timelines, risk assessments, and contingency plans
- Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and talent agencies
- Implement digital engagement strategies (VR/AR, live streaming, interactive apps)
- Analyze post-event data to optimize future experiences and client satisfaction
- Maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ in senior leadership roles
- Proven success executing large-scale corporate events (500+ attendees)
- Expertise in budgeting, vendor management, and crisis resolution
- Certified in Event Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Proficient in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and measurable results
