Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ high-impact events annually across Europe
- Manage budgets up to £500K with meticulous financial forecasting and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, technicians, and coordinators
- Develop innovative event tech integrations (AR/VR, interactive displays)
- Forge and maintain relationships with premium venues and suppliers
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting for Fortune 500 clients
- Maintain compliance with global safety standards and sustainability protocols
Qualifications
- 8+ years in luxury/corporate event management with international exposure
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding £300K
- Relevant certification (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Expertise in hybrid and virtual event production technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive-level clients
- Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
- Fluency in English; additional European languages highly valued
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and execution
