Responsibilities
- Lead conceptualization and execution of 15+ premium events annually, managing budgets up to £500K
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with venues, vendors, and production partners
- Oversee event logistics including vendor coordination, timeline creation, and risk mitigation
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Mentor junior event staff and coordinate cross-functional team workflows
- Implement post-event analysis and ROI reporting frameworks
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging event technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in luxury events management with corporate or agency background
- Proven track record executing high-profile events for FTSE 100 clients
- Expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor procurement
- Strong proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo) and CRM systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
- Relevant degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Event Management
- Professional certifications (CMP, CMM) preferred
