- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ members across creative, production, and logistics
- Develop innovative event tech stack using Cvent, Aventri, and custom CRM integrations
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and optimize strategies for 25% year-over-year growth
- Oversee crisis management protocols ensuring 100% safety compliance at all venues
- Drive sustainability initiatives reducing event waste by 40% through circular economy practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive events management experience with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven track record executing 20+ large-scale conferences ($500K+ budgets)
- Expertise in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Bizzabo) and data analytics
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Exceptional vendor negotiation skills with $2M+ annual contract management
- Advanced project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Fluency in event production software (CAD, Vectorworks, or similar)
