Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15-20 annual events ($500K - $2M budgets)
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and production partners
- Oversee logistics, risk management, and contingency planning
- Manage event technology (registration platforms, CRM integration)
- Post-event analysis and ROI reporting for clients
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate/luxury event management with $1M+ project experience
- Proven vendor network in NYC metropolitan area
- PMP or CEM certification preferred
- Advanced budget management and financial reporting skills
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event technologies
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex event executions
