Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of diverse corporate events, from initial concept to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
- Strategic budget oversight and financial reconciliation to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
- Management of vendor relationships, including venues, caterers, A/V production, and entertainment agencies.
- Develop and implement innovative event themes that align with brand identities and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to design immersive attendee experiences.
- Coordinate logistical requirements, including registration platforms, travel, security, and complex A/V setups.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate event planning or agency-side event management.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple large-scale timelines simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of vendor management and cost containment.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, project management software (e.g., Asana/Monday), and event registration tools (e.g., Cvent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for event oversight and site visits.
