- Manage complex budgets exceeding $500K while optimizing cost-efficiency and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, technicians, and marketing specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging emerging technologies (AR/VR, interactive installations)
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium venues, suppliers, and industry influencers
- Implement robust risk mitigation protocols for seamless execution
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented problem-solving
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in high-end event management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven success executing 50+ events with 500+ attendees and $100K+ budgets
- Expertise in hybrid/virtual event technologies and digital engagement strategies
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and contract negotiation
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Portfolio showcasing innovative event designs and measurable outcomes
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
