- Manage end-to-end event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Negotiate and cultivate long-term partnerships with top-tier vendors, venues, and creative agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure event experiences align with brand identity and ROI targets.
- Oversee on-site production teams, providing leadership and quick-thinking solutions to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop detailed run-of-show documents, floor plans, and risk management protocols for complex event structures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in large-scale event management or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets with precision.
- Exceptional project management skills, specifically with tools like Asana, Cvent, or Monday.com.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate with high-level stakeholders.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as project requirements demand.
