Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from concept to execution for 15+ annual high-stakes events
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and technical staff to deliver seamless experiences
- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and cost optimization
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and audience engagement goals
- Implement data-driven post-event analysis and ROI reporting for continuous improvement
- Nurture strategic partnerships with premium venues, suppliers, and industry influencers
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field with 7+ years of progressive experience
- Proven track record executing complex corporate and cultural events (500+ attendees)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation or equivalent industry certification
- Expertise in budget management, vendor negotiations, and contract administration
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Strong leadership experience directing teams of 10+ event professionals
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and flawless execution
