Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from ideation to post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-million pound event budgets
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium venues, suppliers, and industry influencers
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and KPIs
- Implement robust risk mitigation and contingency planning protocols
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and optimize future event strategies
- Maintain compliance with global event safety regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate events with £500K+ budget exposure
- Proven expertise in managing hybrid/virtual event technologies and platforms
- Exceptional stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMP, CMM) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Asana, EventPro) and CRM systems
- Fluency in English with additional European language advantageous
