Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end event strategy and execution for 50+ annual corporate events
- Manage $1M+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Develop innovative event concepts integrating AR/VR technology and sustainability practices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production, and marketing departments
- Measure KPIs through post-event analytics and ROI reporting for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with venue partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate event management
- Proven track record executing large-scale events (500+ attendees)
- Expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and crisis management
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful brand activations and digital hybrid events
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
