Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of premium corporate events (50-500 attendees) including MICE, product launches, and galas
- Vendor procurement, negotiation, and relationship management across APAC
- Budget oversight (SGD 500k+ events) with ROI-driven financial planning
- Lead cross-functional teams (creative, production, digital) to deliver seamless execution
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Crisis management protocol implementation during live events
- Post-event analytics and optimization reporting for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in high-end event management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding SGD 500,000
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent designation
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages valued)
- Expertise in venue sourcing across Singapore and SEA markets
- Strong vendor network with premium suppliers (AV, catering, production)
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, etc.)
