Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event analysis of 10+ major annual events.
- Manage complex multi-million dollar event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Source, negotiate, and maintain vendor relationships, including venues, catering, AV, and décor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure event branding is cohesive and impactful.
- Manage on-site logistics, talent, and production staff to guarantee seamless execution.
- Develop innovative event concepts that push the boundaries of conventional industry standards.
- Report directly to executive leadership on performance metrics and event ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in large-scale event production or corporate agency settings.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget activations with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, or Splash).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a robust network of premium industry vendors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
